All content on this site (text, source code, graphics, Takuzo logo) is the exclusive property of Nolann Duchaussoy (Takuzo), except for brands, logos and visuals belonging to their respective owners (notably 7venworld, Ambleme and Calciori), shown here as professional references.

Any reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Personal data & cookies

  • Data processed: what you send me by email (name, brand, email address, message, simulator estimate). The form stores nothing on this site: it prepares an email in your mail app.
  • Purpose and legal basis: replying to your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: 3 years after our last exchange if no project goes ahead; quotes and invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Recipients: me only; emails are hosted by Google (Gmail). No data is sold or transferred.
  • Host: GitHub may record visitors' IP addresses in its technical logs for security purposes.
  • Cookies: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. Your language choice (French / English) is stored only in your browser (local storage).
  • Fonts: loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, on request by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

5. Services, pricing and timelines

The timelines shown on this site (3 days to 1 week for the “Shopify fixes & redesign” service, or 1 to 2 weeks with 3 or more options; 1 to 2 weeks for a complete Shopify store or a custom website) are given for guidance only. The amounts shown by the simulator are also estimates: every project gets a firm quote and a precise schedule, agreed by both parties before work starts, with a deposit at kickoff and the balance on delivery.
